Our products' privacy policies
What every XYNQ product promises
- We follow Singapore's PDPA. We collect personal data only with your consent, for purposes we tell you about, and keep it only as long as we need it.
- We never sell your personal data.
- Each product keeps its data separate. Any sharing between products or group entities, if applicable, must be described in the relevant product policy.
- We collect the minimum. We don't ask for your NRIC unless the law requires it.
- You stay in control. You can ask to see or correct your data, withdraw consent, or delete your account.
- We protect it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorised staff, and we will tell you and the PDPC if a data breach could harm you.
